[Paraview] LegacyVTKFileReader in programmable source???

In that case, do this:

from paraview.vtk import io

r = io.vtkDataSetReader()

Keep in mind that vtkDataSetReader() is a VTK class and it will have a
different interface than the LegacyVTKFileReader class. Look at VTK
doxygen for the full API documentation.
