[Paraview] segfault paraview 3.4/3.6: XDMF with GeometryType="X_Y_Z" and Topology="3dRectMesh"

I simplified the example and found, that the segfault is independed of
hyperslab.
The attached simplified xdmf-file segfaults in paraview 3.4 and 3.6, too.
Any ideas?
This should work. At least I found an example and cannot see the
difference:
