[Paraview] segfault paraview 3.4/3.6: XDMF-hyperslabs in <Geometry GeometryType="X_Y_Z">

Hi,

I try to use hdf5-hyperslabs for the Geometry-section,
but this results in a segmentation fault of paraview 3.4.0 and 3.6.1.
Any ideas? I attached an example.
