[Paraview] ParaView/OverView build failure on WinXP: Cannot open include file: 'QHelpEngine'

It looks like this was all the result of a botched Qt install. I
removed Qt, then reinstalled it using CuteBuilder 0.8.0 with all the
default options selected. This time, Qt's lib directory had the QtHelp
modules you mentioned.

Building OverView took 4.5 hours, but it worked.
