[Paraview] Tube filter not working

When I try to run the tube filter on this file to convert lines to tubes:
http://rpi.edu/~doriad/Paraview_List/lines.vtp

There is no output, and I get these errors:

Bad normal s = 0.433013 0.75 0.5 n = 0 0 0
Could not generate points!

Can anyone see anything wrong with that file? I mean it looks like there is
a zero normal, but isn't a tube simply defined by two points like a line is?
