[Paraview] [Xdmf] xdmf2 and paraview troubles

Paraview is bundled with a version of hdf5 that is known to work. But 
you turned it off, by setting

PARAVIEW_USE_SYSTEM_HDF5:BOOL=ON

turn this back off.
