[Paraview] Display option to show without lighting

This type of option actually belongs in the render view options, not the display panel.  If you look at the display panel, you will see that a couple of lighting options are already implemented.  I don't know how easy it would be, but you should be able to implement a new lighting setup by duplicating code that is already there.

Would it be difficult to provide an option in the "Display" tab of the "Object Inspector" to render without any lighting (well, just ambient and without any shading)?  Apparently this can be done in FieldView.  Any hints on how to do this would be appreciated.
