[Paraview] viewing hdf5 files in paraview

Hey matt,

You need to create and xdmf file (xml style) which tells paraview how
to read the data.  I think there are examples on the paraview wiki.
You can also check the xdmf website for more info:
http://xdmf.org/index.php/XDMF_Model_and_Format
