[Paraview] viewing hdf5 files in paraview

Hi,

i am just starting to look at paraview so forgive my ignorance if my questions 
are obvious.

I was wondering if it is possible to load and look at hdf5 files in paraview. 
I build paraview3.4.0 (using qt4.5) and it runs but there is no hdf5 file 
extension mentioned. 

I looked around the web a little as well but could not find anything useful.
