[Paraview] crashes using the filter input dialog

When use the filter input dialog i see a lot of these when changing the
source on multiple input filters

QAbstractItemModel::endRemoveRows:  Invalid index ( 6 , 0 ) in model
pqPipelineModel(0x6201b20)

often a crash imediately follows
