[Paraview] Artifacts on Image when using "Map Scalars" with vtkImageData

I pulled the ParaView 3.6 branch this morning from CVS and re-compiled
everything and now the problem is gone (with no changes to my code) so
I am going to assume this is a bug with ParaView or VTK.
