[Paraview] python scripting - import cvs file

Sorry I cannot reproduce your problem. I just loaded your csv file
with the CSV reader code from the Wiki and it worked as expected.
With CVS ParaView, you can directly load a CSV file and the apply
"Table to Points' filter to interpret the CSV data as a set of points.
