[Paraview] Add support for PARAVIEW_EXTRA_EXTERNAL_PLUGINS?

PARAVIEW_EXTRA_EXTERNAL_MODULES is useful when deploying ParaView with
 extensions on a platform that does not support shared libraries (for
example Cray Xts and IBM Blue Genes).
