[Paraview] Add support for PARAVIEW_EXTRA_EXTERNAL_PLUGINS?

Oh.. Knee Jerk Reaction.. I guess I still need that cup of coffee yet  
this morning ;-)

Yes. I use it. Yes I would like it to stay if it does not cause any  
problems.
