[Paraview] duplicate points

ParaView by default will not remove duplicate points. However, there
are filters that can do this. For example, you can use "clean to grid"
to remove duplicate points of unstructured meshes. I believe that
there is a clean polydata filter that does the same for polygonal
datasets.
