[Paraview] Rotating reference system for a point cloud

Hi everybody,
Im a newbie using paraview...
I want to rotate the reference system for a cloud of points, is it 
possible to do that in a visual (drag & drop) way?? what filter can i use??
what i need is to rotate the points for making parallels a planar 
geometry visible in the clouds (materialized using a plane) and a 
horizontal plane (the two planes are drawed using the plane filter)...
after i want to export the new coordinates for the points for importing 
in octave (mathlab) to do calculations... how should i do?
Any suggestions?
