[Paraview] pvbatch and X server

Instructions for compiling ParaView with OSMesa, which allows you to use pvbatch without an X server are available on the Wiki:

  http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/Setting_up_a_ParaView_Server#OSMesa_support

Note that if you upgrade (and I suggest you do if you can) that there is a major shift in the scripting. ParaView moved from Tcl scripting to Python scripting. This means your current script won't work with ParaView 3.2.1. Unfortunately, ParaView does not currently have the ability to write out a script to get to its current state, although it is fairly easy to write a few lines of script to load a state file. Either way, you will need to review the ParaView scripting document, which is also posted to the Wiki.
