[Paraview] CVS Version and XDMF Files

The example XDMF file, Test1.xmf, uses an unstructured grid. I'm working with 
an XDMF file using a structured grid. Both could be read in 3.2.1 but only the 
unstructured grid can be read the the CVS version as of this morning. I'd be 
happy to work with whoever is making the `improvements' in this reader to get 
the structured case to work again.
