[Paraview] Still no progress compiling Paraview on Windows using Visual Express

After all I managed to compile it. The solution is to remove the

# define vsnprintf _vsnprintf
from file:

.\ParaView3.2.1\VTK\Utilities\vtklibxml2\config_cmake.h.in
