[Paraview] problem compiling: debian, 64bit, gcc 4.3.1

With very few changes I have been able to compile a debian paraview
package for etch-amd64
At http://iacs.epfl.ch/~deparis/debian/paraview/ you find the package,
which depends, among others, on mpich-bin, and several packages (ffmpeg)
that I had to compile and install too.

In changes.txt there is a short description of whart I had to do to
build the package starting from the tasting source package. The file
control is the only file that I changed in the source tree.

Please note that these packages are tested only on my machine ;-)
