[Paraview] stereo wall configuration

I get the following:

$ pvserver -display :0.1 /etc/paraview/wall.pvx
Got unknown argument: -display

  --cave-configuration=opt
  -cc=opt                    Specify the file that defines the displays 
for a cave. It is used only with CaveRenderModule.
