[Paraview] Loading data PV2.x versus PV3

Berk,

How do I implement this easy fix you mentioned? 

Is this fix the one outlined at 
http://www.paraview.org/Wiki/Animating_legacy_VTK_file_series?
If Yes -- I tried making a custom Xdmf reader that works with file 
series as outlined (attached are my XML files, please review)
          Results -- compile and runs, but no XDMF reader in GUI
          Do you see anything wrong with my XML?

If you solution is different  -- please point me in the correct direction.
