[Paraview] Higher order elements

Hello Martin,

Good luck with paraview a wonderful visualization tool!

Plotting finite element meshes with nodes
1. Creat nodes: in [Display] tab -> in [Style] -> [Representation] ->
[Points]
2. Creat edges: => [Filter] => [Alphabetical] => [Extract edges]
3. View edges with nodes: Activate Combine view of 1 and 2

Labelling node and element ID
1. Open Selection Inspector: [View] => [Selection Inspector]
2. Select nodes/cells to label: Either click [Select Cell On] icon on tool
bar and drag around the area OR => [Edit] =>[Select Cells On] and drag
around the area
3. View node and cell IDs: In [Selection Inspector] -> in [Diplay Style] ->
in [Cell Label] tab -> check [Visible] ->  in [Point Label] -> check
[Visible]
4. View more node and element IDs: do step 2

Saving in postscript
1. Save in any possible format from paraview
2. in opensource GIMP program open the saved figue and save in as many
formats as you like hahahahaha... (I do that in fact)
