[Paraview] Loading data PV2.x versus PV3

Yes. Because XML-based VTK files support time natively and through pvd
files, we decided to no longer support file series of XML-based VTK
files. File series work for legacy VTK files as well as some other
formats that have no time support. If you have a series of vtp files,
you need to write a pvd file that points to them with the appropriate
time values to load them as a series.
