[Paraview] Adding custom modules in PV 3.2.1

The interface for adding features to ParaView changed significantly with
ParaView 3.0.  The instructions you are looking at are for ParaView 2.X.
To add the class, you must build a plugin.  Instructions for that are
also on the Wiki:
