[Paraview] how to access ParaView Wiki (create an account)

When I clikc the Log/In/Create Account part of here
http://paraview.org/ParaView3/index.php?title=Special:Userlogin&returnto=Special:Userlogin
"Login error: There is no user by the name "Biddisco". Check your 
spelling, or create a new account"

but there does not seem to be a way of creating an account...

What's the secret?
