[Paraview] Rendering problem

I could finally reproduce it. I had to zoom further than I tried
before. It seems to be a bug/inaccuracy in the calculation of the
clipping planes due to the large numbers in point coordinate. I
created a bug report (#5753). We will look at this this in the future.
