[Paraview] reverse connection

Reverse connection should work just fine in 3.2. I use it all the time
to connect to our visualization servers through the ParaView GUI. I'm
pretty sure our support staff has also got it working using the command
line options of ParaView 3.2.0 (our internal distribution of 3.2.1 is
not yet complete).
I can think of a couple of things that might have gone wrong.
1. Are you sure you told the client to do a reverse connection as well
as the server? If you did not tell the client (the paraview executable)
to do a reverse connection, then both sides will try to connect to the
other and no one will be listening for a connection.
2. Did you start the client first? When doing a reverse connection, the
client must already be started and waiting for a connection before
starting the server. If you try to start the server before the client
is ready, it may fail to connect and then give up before the client
starts waiting for the connection.
