[Paraview] how to save the selected cell id

Hello again,
In the meantime a workaround is to run the extract selection filter, and
then save the data as a .vtk file with ascii formatting. The list of cells
will be contained in an array called vtkOriginalCellIds, and points will be
in vtkOriginalPointIds.
