[Paraview] paraview 64bit on MacOSX

In addition to Mike Jackson's response, you can build a 64 bit paraview server 
with cocoa.  Then build the 32 bit paraview client.

To build the server that way, you turn PARAVIEW_BUILD_QT_GUI off, then turn 
VTK_USE_CARBON off and VTK_USE_COCOA on.
