[Paraview] TIFF stacks

i have asked about this before as well, and i think the basic
answer was, "write a paraview reader" or something along
those lines.

if you compiled paraview with python support, i have written
a 3-d tiff reader for python that i will gladly share.  it requires
python (duh) and the python image processing library (PIL),
and numpy.  the python module reads tiff stacks into memory
as a 3-d numpy arrays.
