[Paraview] animation in paraview III

I am using paraview 2.9.6 on os x.  I am reading in data in  
ensight*.case format.  I am curious how to produce animations.  It  
seems that only one timestep is loaded at a time. I can change the  
timestep viewed by modifying the Set Time Value field in the Object  
inspector window so it seems that the file format is valid.  But how  
do I load all the time steps so that I can animate?  Is there some  
syntax in the Set Time Value field so that this can be done?
