[Paraview] Tensor glyph contribution

Hi Berk,
thanks for the answer. OK, I will wait then for ParaView 3. When I
switch to it, I will resend the contribution.
I do understand that taking care of numerous small updates can be
sometimes as time consuming as creating them on your own ;-)
