[Paraview] ParaView 3 Compile Issues [CVS Head]

None of these point release are compiling for one reason or another.  
I am not trying to be a pain here but is there a ParaView 3 Version  
that will build cleanly on OS X 10.4.9 Intel, with CMake 2.4.6, Qt  
4.3.0 and Xcode 2.4.1?

According to recent emails to this list the ParaView 3 branch is  
going through major changes so I am guess that this is NOT a good  
time to just be using some random snapshot from the ParaView 3 CVS.

Here are the problems I am having with the 3.0.0, 3.0.1 and 3.0.2  
checkpoints.
Most will not find Qt correctly.
Most will have link problems when building the pqWidgets library
Most will NOT build the ParaView.app package anymore.

I kludged the CMakeLists.txt file to add the Carbon/Application  
Services/QuickTime libraries to the pqWidgets Library. This at least  
allowed the compile to finish. But there is NO ParaView.app package  
created? This may be related to a request to still be able to build  
ParaView 3 as a NON Bundled app on OS X? Don't know.

Again, not trying to be a pain, just trying to do some development  
against PV 3 so we can move forward with our plugins for our client.

Thanks again for all the tremendous work that is put into PV3.
