[Paraview] III Contour And Axes

Hi,

      Was wondering if anyone could help me probably just being stupid and 
missing something obvious, but how do you create labeled axes? And the 
second is how do you get Contour to work with .vtu files, because when i 
activate nothing appears on the screen?
