[Paraview] Python script for Interactive render window

I am a newbie and I have a very elementary doubt. How do we make the renderwindow interactive (while using a python script) ? There is no Initialize() or Start() method in GenericRenderWindowInteractor. 
The only available methods shown through smdoc are :
['CenterOfRotation', 'InteractorStyle', 'RenderWindow', 'Renderer']
