[Paraview] Paraview and QT

Hi Andrew,

We do not yet support Qt 4.3.0. Try using version 4.2.3 instead. Please 
see the following thread from earlier this month discussing this issue: 
http://public.kitware.com/pipermail/paraview/2007-July/005382.html.
