[Paraview] DOXYGEN_DOT_EXECUTABLE?

The help is actually pretty descriptive (although the wording is
awkward). Dot is one of the tools that come with the Graphviz package.
Doxygen uses this tool to create inheritance graphs. You can download
Graphviz from www.graphviz.org.
