[Paraview] DOXYGEN_DOT_EXECUTABLE?

What is "DOXYGEN_DOT_EXECUTABLE"? Since the VTK documentation doesn't seem to 
match PV 2.6.1 I though't I'd let cmake generate the documentation. However

    - cmake cannot find it
    - help only says "Graphviz Dot tool for using Doxygen"
    - CMake/PV books don't seem to mention it
    - www.doxygen.org seems to be down or at least ill

I'm using a Redhat Fedora Core 5 system.
