[Paraview] January snapshot of ParaView III

Outline is shown only when interacting with the orientation axes. Turn 
the "Interactive" checkbox on, the when your mouse is over the 
orientation axes you'll see the outline of the appropriate color. (I'll 
also fix the GUI to disable outline color when interactive is off).
