[Paraview] paraview-2.6.0 compile error: cannot find vtkBoxLayoutStrategy.h

  I saw the same thing this morning. It looked like the sort of error 
that has been fixed several times before, in other parts of ParaView: 
the files for cmake are not quite right. The fix from before also worked 
for me: just try make again.
