[Paraview] Crosshair

I must confess a bit of embarrassment at the simplicity of that.
However, I must also say that I have asked several paraview users as
well as bought and searched the manual in search of an answer before
resorting to asking the mailing list.

	Yes.  Click the second toolbar button from the right.  It should
be a circular arrow with nothing inside it.  The tooltip says "Hide the
center of rotation to the center of current data set," which, now that I
read it for probably the first time, doesn't make much more sense than
