[Paraview] Crosshair

Yes.  Click the second toolbar button from the right.  It should be a
circular arrow with nothing inside it.  The tooltip says "Hide the
center of rotation to the center of current data set," which, now that I
read it for probably the first time, doesn't make much more sense than
the tooltip.
