[Paraview] Building Paraview; spawning error

In order to keep the ParaView build as simple as possible, the only
CMake parameter I changed was CMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX (the path prefix
for installing ParaView). I used CMake 2.2.3. I don't have any other
suggestions.
