[Paraview] Locating a filter

I didn't knowingly set any CMake parameters whose purpose is to make the 
filter findable.

If you haven't done so, try setting your parameters to match (except for 
my peculiar directories) those in the CMakeCache.txt file I included in 
one of my recent emails.  Otherwise, I'm out of ideas.
