[Paraview] cells'numbering

Write a separate file with only e.g. the coordinates of the cell 
centres. Then use 'label point ID' to display the number of the point. 
(numbering starts at 0)

Bit clumsy since these labels are not hidden by any geometry in front so 
gets very messy for 3D models.
