vtkDrillHoleSource.h: No such file or directory

Hi Shawn,
Again, could be several things. It would be easy to debug if we could
see DrillHoleSourceParaviewImport.cmake.
In your case it looks like vtkDrillHoleSource was not wrapped into
ClientServer.
