[Paraview] ParaView CVS

Hi Folks,

I just wanted to let those of you that are adventurous enough to work
from ParaView CVS that the CVS head is no longer being maintained.
Make sure that you update your ParaView checkout to ParaView-2-6
branch with

cvs update -r ParaView-2-6 -dP

The ParaView 3 CVS tree is taking over ParaView CVS. The instructions
for checking that out is here:
http://paraview.org/Wiki/ParaView_III_snapshots

As we make progress, we will update the ParaView web pages to reflect
this change.
