[Paraview] 2.9.2

I might indeed try building from source, however, I am frustrated about 
the need to build VTK twice (I already build one) on my aging notebook. 
The missing functionality migh indicate simply changes in the interface, 
however, I couldnt find things like add/hide/set center of rotation and 
similar. I would also very much wish for custom filter import (aka 
import package in PV2). There seems to be something in PV3 but I wasnt 
sucessful with it.
