[Paraview] Ghost cells

It looks as though VTK creates ghost cells for its own use, under the hood, when it needs to.

My PARAMESH AMR data often contains ghost cells.  It doesn't look like paraview & VTK support either
1)  user loading of ghost cells, or
2)  the use of ghost cells to, e.g., properly convert cell-centered to point-centered data (isosurfaces of my cell-centered AMR data, converted to point-centered for contouring, are discontinuous at block boundaries).

Are those two points correct?
